The other night we made up a batch of Beer Krakers, Pintos with Jalapenos, and some spicy/sweet Pork Tenderloin. The recipe for the crakers is posted on this page and the pintos with japs. is pretty straight forward, but I'm gonna let ya in on my newest tenderloin recipe.
Use brown sugar, cayenne pepper, a little salt and a little black pepper as a rub for your tenderloin. Just cake it on and grill to Med./Med.Rare. Just be careful about how much cayenne you add, it gets hot quick. It is a really unique blend of sweet and spicy.
