Needed a way to store and organize my plate steel I Keep for my CNC. random sizes and sheets have useable space to cut but take up a ton of space in my garage and dirt and dust made a mess behind them.
Had some harbor freight 180 lb casters and some 2x2 by 1/8 inch tubing left over from other projects so I calculated how big and what design I wanted and this is what I came up with. 32 inches tall 41 inches long base is 18 inches wide and 1/4 inch table top is 23.5 by 46. Top hinges up to access steel plates and will serve and a light duty welding table for small projects.
Added my logo in front backed with a painted red to match other table and CNC machine. Two half circles for were thrown in grinder storage last second. Rattle can paint job and called it good. Very heavy and stable but still rolls with some effort.
