I've been trying this lately. So far it's helping, but I'm wondering if it will fade.

I used to have a real good one, but over the years it has transformed into this - "please don't miss, Please Don't Miss, PLEASE DON'T MISS !!!!"

I'm not sure if it helps me or not.

If I can hold at anchor I shoot pretty well within hunting distances. The last year or two, though, I've had hell with target panic....releasing before I'm ready. Finding a temporary fix worka at times but never lasts. I'm hoping this is the ticket.

I just try to stay confident. I guess if I recite anything in my head, it usually goes something like "I'm about to tag yo *****!!"

To me, confidence is a big factor in anything the world offers you. Without confidence, you will fail, or at minimum, be sub par in whatever it is you do.

No but after a week of terrible shooting i might start.
I need to make one up like.......dont over draw..dont over draw.
Been shooting crazy groups, until i realize i'm over drawing. Then its back to pretty good
