My 10 year old fletching his own arrows

My son has loved archery since his first longbow (about 3 years old). He finally decided he wanted to make his own arrows. He's hooked. I had him choose his colors (he chose "Cub Scout" colors), chop his own feathers from full length and glue them up himself.
