Whatever you are asking, the answer is NO!

.257 STW whoops the Weatherby--that is it.

If you have a factory rifle chambered in .257 Savage you have quite a find. :-)

If you are attempting to chamber a .257 Weatherby round into a .250-3000 Savage the bolt (thankfully) won't even come close to closing.

I could be wrong but I'm pretty sure there is the 250 savage, 257 Robert's and the 257 weatherby mag.
          257 Weatherby Mag 3400fps
          257 Robert's 2900fps
          250 savage 2700fps
That's loaded with 100gr bullets across the table. The weatherby mag will out run either of them other 2 all day. Not sure if that's what your asking or not.

That 257 Weatherby Magnum @ 3400fps is one bad dude. Nothing comes close.

257 Wby is like hitting them with lightning.

Add the .25-06 to the mix: 3300fps with a 100gr bullet.

Yes sir then the 25-06. Them loads are middle of the road for each. 120gr nosler partions loaded with rl25 out of my 257 mag was running right at 3500fps. Them hammered anything.

The .257 wby mag is insane. I shot 270’s and all the standard cals my whole life until I saw my buddy hammering deer with the .257 and now that’s all I shoot. The velocity and energy are nuts like someone said above it’s like lightning hitting them! Barnes TSX are my favorite

That is impressive. I've got a new APR, .25-06 Ackley Improved that I haven't had a chance to do any loads for yet. I'm anxious to see what I can get out of it.

APR is building me a 250-3000 Savage Improved . Got a six month wait for a Mcmillan Mcwoody stock though.

I bet its going to be one heck of a round. This is a blood trail off that load I was running in my 257 weatherby.
