Default May GOD be with them also... (rahma's daughter included)

I just hate hearing these stories, and there seems to have been more of them lately. Prayers to the families of the three young men involved in the accident down on the bay. In addition....

A father and his 5yr old son didn't return home after duck hunting last week and although I didn't know them, he worked in our town, and being a father of four myself it just breaks my heart seeing pics of him and his son in their camo obviously doing what they loved.

Unfortunately more terrible news hit our community today. While two moms were at a Plexus convention in Dallas this weekend, the dad's took the girls hunting at the deer lease in Nocona, TX. Following a bad 4-wheeler accident, one daughter has went to see our Heavenly Father, while the other two girls are fighting for their life.

Being a blessed father of four children, this absolutely rips my heart out hearing about these recent tragic events. Although I didn't know any of them personally, we have many friends that did know them so please keep these families and friends in your prayers.

Count your blessings, hug your loved ones and thank the Good Lord for everyday you have with them. God Bless!

I'm telling you, the scary thing is that any of us could be a victim of an accident. We have to cherish the time we have and our loved ones.

Sorry to hear of another incident and pain for family involved.

My Grandson was very close to the young girl who died near Nocona. They were classmates at a small private school and have known each other most of their lives. She had sent him a selfie of she and the other two girls riding in the Polaris Ranger just a few minutes before she was killed.

Her younger sister has a broken vertebrae in her neck, both legs broken but she is not paralyzed and is doing well. She was moved out of ICU today.

The other girl, also a classmate, was the best friend of the girl who died and she is busted up really bad. Broken Pelvis, both legs broken. In ICU heavily sedated but expected to survive. Both of the Dad's were at the lease and had told the girls not to get on the County Road with the Ranger. No one knows why they disobeyed that order. The paramedics had to cut them out of the ATV from what we have been told.

The girl who died was driving. The parents are distraught, as you can imagine. This is a Dad that will go to his grave believing that he was to blame for his daughters death.

Their older sister is my Granddaughter's best friend and was in North Carolina with her Grandfather when this happened. My Son and his family have been at the hospital most of the last two days.

This is a nightmare like no one ever wants to live through. For all you folks out there who routinely allow your young kids to drive/ride ATV's, just make sure you understand the risk. This can happen to anyone!

Only God can get them through this!

According to the girl who survived, They had gotten lost but when they got to Hwy 82, they knew where they were so they started driving down the shoulder of the road to go back to the main gate. They swerved onto the roadway to avoid a dead animal carcass and were stuck from behind by a truck going about 75 MPH. The young girl died instantly. Her head was crushed.

So sad!

It was my daughter, Ally, who died in this crash. She was not driving. She and my other daughter were passengers. Their friend was driving and I do not blame her for her what happened. This tragedy is literally bringing hundreds to Jesus and changing people's lives across the entire country. Gods ways are always bigger than ours. I will never understand why it had to be Ally, but she is walking the streets of gold with Jesus. Her light shined bright when she was here with us and her death couldn't put it out. Her light is still shining bright!

I cannot imagine.

You're right; God has touched many with testimony from this accident and will continue to do so.

My family is praying for you and your family.

I'd like to talk about this in my Outdoor Ed/Hunter Safety class. Maybe one day I'll be able to without breaking down and crying in front of a bunch of sixth graders. Today is not that day.

God bless you.
