Default New archery invention. Opinions?

Came across new product. It's the insert for arrows that you screw broadheads, field tips, etc... however unlike other arrow inserts it's free floating. Spins on its own separately from the arrow shaft. Everything else is same you can now spin broadhead and arrow Shafts without them effecting each other. What would this improve in your opinion accuracy, penetration, speed? Let me know what yal think

Already kinda been done, there used to be broadheads that could rotate around the shaft, had bearings I think, not sure they're around anymore, used to sell them @ walmart. Not sure what the advantage would be, would just add unnecessary weight to the arrow, everything in the outdoor industry today seems to be geared towards making things lighter but not compromising strength, can think of several examples of this in hunting & fishing tackle.
