Yeah I crawled into my pop up around 1:30. Sitting all the way till dark. A LOT cooler than yesterday evening, slight drizzle with a N wind.

Shot at a nice 8 pt this morning and missed. He was at 27 yes pin was set at 20.. looks like he was trailing a doe.Good thing is he didnt spook to bad

**** your bow drops at 7 yards? My bow shoots flat up to 32 yards

Anybody dealing with some strong wind? I’m thinking they won’t move very much with it like this, talk me out of this negativity I’m speaking haha

Pretty dead calm here in northern Liberty County...

Had a great practice session with my grandsons after lunch... If I can keep the oldest (7) from getting excited if/when the pigs come in tomorrow afternoon, he should be able to take one out with the crossbow... He was dead nutz from 15 to 30 yards on the 3D pig... I hope the wind is good enough to allow us to get one to come in without bustin' us...
