If I buy my License online today do I have to wait for it to come in or can I go hunt tomorrow? I don't really have time to go by a store.

good question. fed stamp receipt works for 45 days temp

Online license receipt will work for anything that does not require a tag. Dove do not require a tag, thus you would be just fine!
