I have been there before. It was a loooooong time ago though. I dumped my motorcycle over in the parking lot when the kick stand didn't get set right!!!

Yeah, I probably aught to use directions!

Abilene Bowhunters Range Location.
Take Buffalo Gap Road south (FM 89) to Buffalo Gap. You will weave through town a bit to a sign for the Abilene State Park. Take that road, FM 89 west 5.7 miles, past the State Park and then past Lake Abilene. Just past Lake Abilene, about 1/2 mile and the archery range is on the left.

Texas Traditional Archery will have a booth with his excellent bows and others are welcome. If you are interested in having a booth PM me.

Also we are going to set a Bow/knife, trading/selling blanket for any shooters and guest wanting to do a little swapping and selling. We already have a few bows and knives ready to go on there and would love to be able to put more out. There is no cost to put your bows or knives out, so bring them and bring some money, no telling what you might find.
