Pannas

Today is going to be Pannas day.
Great weather for cooking pannas.

I'll bite, what are pannas ?

Pork neck bones seasoned, boil till meat comes off the bone.
Put meat back in the broth, add corn meal, cook until solid consistency.
Put in loaf pan and let cool. Slice and fry, good stuff.
The old timers way of not wasting anything.

I can take it or leave it. Some is great some is just ok.

I was short on time so we cooked a henway. Turned out great!
