Love that forked 2 on his left side and the little crab claw on the right beam. Great looking deer! I think he is either a healthy 3.5 y.o. or a 4.5 y.o. Second picture makes him look a little more 4.5, but other two pictures make him look more 3.5 to me.

Nice you can pass on him... you must have some monster bucks on the wall, he looks mature and heavy.

Nice deer! I'd say 5.5. Just make sure everyone is on the same page with this guy, because he's a shooter by a lot of standards. Including mine, sometimes. = )

No one on my lease would have passed on him, which is why we don't have deer like that on our lease! Very nice buck.

Looking at the video I lean toward 3.5 but could be 4.5 (no older). I am also thinking 115 give or take.

I'm saying 4.5-5.5. Any history with the deer. That usually helps really lock down an age

Problem is, give a deer like that a pass on my lease, chances are that you come back next time and either one of the others on the lease or a neighbor shot him already. It's nice if you can watch a particular buck through the years grow and mature but it's just not gonna happen where I hunt unfortunately.

I think he is closer to 4 than 5. He has no gut and the back is pretty well straight. No dip. In the vid, the smaller basket rack buck looks to be a little older but his rack is small. You see he's sway backed and has the "beer gut"

I think 4.5. The side view threw me off a bit at first because it kind of stretches him out and flattens out his back. Great deer. I can imagine that was a tough pass!

Looks pretty mature, with no history it's going to be impossible to pinpoint his age. Never hurts to pass a deer up and be patient.

I still see 5.5 yr old. The other 2 look 3.5 and 4.5.

In this pic from far left 3.5, middle (target passed 5.5) far right 4.5.

Either way I think it's a great pass on your part. That deer will blow up next year if he makes it. Me personally I wouldn't have been able to pass.

Looks mature to me 5.5. He has short tines so I don't see a buck like that ever scoring good. If you let him walk he may gain some mass and maybe throw a nontypical point or something. But in my opinion I don't see a deer like that becoming a "monster". At any rate he is a very nice buck.
