Default NEED an outside the box recipe to cook in a kettle

Cooking in a kettle over a fire.

Give me a GREAT recipe that's kinda outside the box and that's not chili, stew, or soup and doesn't use cheese.

GO!

Try a Paella recipe. There are tons of them and videos about cooking it over a fire or on a grill. I bet it would adapt easily to a kettle. Talk about YUM! Paella is it.

Hot dog casserole.
You have to have a properly shaped kettle though.

Jambalaya. Super easy. Love gumbeaux but that takes practice and time.

Scratch chicken and dumplings are also very good in the cast iron.

I pretty much meal prep grilled food 95% of the time. Any other time I cook it's in my giant cast iron skillet or Dutch oven.
