Default Green chile chicken pozole

2 tbs Manteca
1 onion diced
2 cloves garlic minced
1/4 cup flour
2 large chicken Brest cubed
1 pound of frozen posole
1 tbs of granular garlic
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp salt
1 quart of chicken broth
16 oz jar of green chile sauce
2 cups water

Heat manteca in stock pot. Saute onions and garlic in manteca. Add cubed chicken and cook. Sprinkle in flour. Slowly stir in broth. Add all other ingredients and cook till posole flowers.
Garnish with minced onion and parsley.

Just had some red pozole and white pozole over the holidays. This green chile chicken picture looks a lot like the white pozole I had. It was very sabroso. I'll have to try this recipe to see if it's close. Thanks

Time of year once again.
Put some of my red Chile purée, chicken, frozen posole, onion, garlic, chicken stock, coriander and diced tomatoes.
Once the posole flowers it will be ready.
