Hard to tell from this view. Put him Down and well measure him. Lol. No just kidding its hard to tell at the angle he's at. At least it is for me. I hunt in an antler restriction county and when in doubt I won't shoot.

Default Probably not legal. Close call though.

How bout this one? Angles not a good one, but it's all I got.

I know he's young, and I wouldn't even consider shooting him. But..... the neighbors would.

This is the kind of deer I'd like to see in a couple of more years!

Where does that make a difference in the deer being legal or not Tuff?

Or are you just being observant?

I would not shoot either deer in a AR county. Pretty sure they are not wide enough. Let em walk and hope the neighbors are smart enough to let them walk too

Id say No too.
Close by what you can actually see in the pictures you posted but close scrutiny can tell the antlers are just inside the outer tip of the ears.

I let a really nice tall tinned deer that was at least 3-4 years old walk last season because of same issue. His rack was heavier than those in your pics.
He was mature but not legal. My buddy(also lease president) seen him too.
We both couldn't call it a legal deer. Hopefully he survived the neighbors and coyotes he will show up again this year.
Nice pics though..always like deer pics of all kinds!

The deer might be legal, but so long as it's not the very first buck of your hunting career, you need to let off and look for a mature deer.

if you have to guess dont shoot. TPW put that restriction there for that reason.

They are going to lose some width when they shed the velvet also.
