    This brisket is delicious served with mashed potatoes, with the jus spooned over the top of both.

      I think you could use the liquid smoke in the small bottle to give it the smoke flavor.

        my mom would and added liquid smoke for flavor. No bark but it was meat.

        no complaints when that is all you gots.

          A guy from work used to cook a small brisket in the oven with a couple of bottles of Italian Dressing. It's not BBQ, more like a roast but was pretty good.
