The 175 is a nice squirt gun rig. I love the infinite voltage control on it.

        I've got a Hobart 175, and while it's nice; I dream of a Miller 251...

Those are some pretty stout trusses. It's going to be a nice structure!

When you skin it, be sure to use the appropriate trim pieces to keep out moisture (J-trim around doors and windows, etc)

You may want to think of welding some tabs onto the trusses, to make attaching storage lofts for long materials or something easier down the road.

I'll be doing all the applicable trim stuff.....eave trim, rake trim, door kits, ridge boxes, etc.

I'm going to tie the center truss to the back wall when the thing goes up, and put the plywood in there for the loft before I put the roof on.

I think you need more welding fluid and for me to supervise and assist in the proper usage and application of said fluid. Cain't help ya with the weldin' questions.

That's a little JET brand saw. It's no profesional rig, but since I've learned what it will and won't do, and how to make it work right....it's worth the 249$ I payed for it.

                            I'm a fan, Dale.

I think your spacing is fine with the pitch of that roof.

Lookin' forward to following along with this.
