Ham salad samich's

My mother used to grind up leftover ham and make ham salad sandwich's. Does anyone know a good recipe for this? I got a food processor for Christmas.

I just add some relish and minced onion then stir to mix (I eyeball the proportions). I start adding a little mayo until it looks the way I want it to. You can play around with spices to taste (celery, garlic powder, cajun, curry, etc.). Hope this helps...
