Found this little fella this morning. Have a 4' horse fence around a pasture and it was high tailing it up and down the fence all day. Momma came around looking about 3pm and they wondered off together.

So apparently my favorite deer stand got knocked down in the storms Saturday night. That thing weighs nearly a ton so it must’ve been some hellacious winds to knock it down. Fortunately I just found out all it needs is a new roof but everything else is fine.

Nah we haul it. A lot of the guys feed corn/soybean mix. I take the apple flavored MG 20 from over here for my feeders there. I think some guys get antler max at the feed store in newton as well though.

My dad said he saw 3 nice bucks by the house today, and 2 were already big. This is welcome news because we don’t typically have bucks hanging around till the rut starts.
