Maybe a squirrel, could be a bird or, less likely, a rat. Deer are omnivorous after all.

Back when I was in high school I was pig hunting and there was a bird's nest in the racoon cage of the feeder. A few doe wandered in before any pigs showed up and one of the baby birds was on the ground; a fledgeling but not quite able to fly. A doe walked up to the bird, picked it up in her mouth, crunched it a few times and then swallowed it. She then tried for the next few minutes to get the other baby birds out of the nest.

I told my grandpa about it and he said he had even seen deer eating from a gut pile!

When I zoom in I'm seeing little bird feet, especially in picture #2

I have actually heard about deer eating bird heads. They do it because the birds have magnetite in their brains, and it is a mineral that the deer use as well, but it is difficult to find elsewhere in most environments.
