    Blackbuck mount ideas

Got me a pretty nice one last Friday and am trying to figure out how to mount him. I know I want a wall pedestal, but don't know how I want him.
He is 22 7/8" straight line abbr I want the horns to pop. Also want him in such a way that I can place another one next to him next year.
It was a rifle kill due to swirling winds. 20 hours on stand on a 3 day hunt is brutal

It is when the animals are there, teasing you but never giving you a shot. My heart rate was elevated most of the time on stand, I must have come to 3/4 draw (shooting traditional) 50 times, but something always went wrong. It was a very stressful hunt lol
I wish I had room for a full body mount. If I can ever afford one of the big ones I this ranch, I'll go that route. They were big enough to make mine look small, no joke...

Finally picked him up. I'm extremely happy with how it turned out.
                      Sucker looks alive still

Very amazing animal. I was hooked since a little boy when I saw Allan Warren shoot one with a pistol at the 777 ranch in the early 1990’s.

I may have a chance in Feb to go hunt one.

Blackbuck, sable, Oryx and gemsbuck are my pinnacle targets.
