    A little light dozer work.

The guy leasing the place for cattle is replacing a fence along the County Road and I guess he wanted to cut this strip down another fence line. It works out great for me and the critters I'm sure.

That sendero looks like a perfect place for that pink camo blind at Atascosa Feed!

None of my girls are into pink. If it was purple, my wife would be all over it.

I sure don’t like the open area along the highway
But I guess it was necessary.
Our landowner built a sendero all the way across our small pasture years ago.
I was convince it was a disaster.
Turned out to be one of the better hunting spots and all types of game watching.
Im sure we fed a ton of corn a year up and down that sendero.

Well the strip along the cr is just for the fence, plus a little driving room.

There's lots of places for the deer besides along the road, anyway.

We have a big oat field around the corner that's a bigger draw for road hunters.

                          Yikes.
BTW our new sendero was a great oat plot during wet
                          falls.

The renter ran over this in the field on the opposite side of the brush pasture from the sendero in the first pic.
