we got plenty of those in falcon, but none of them have a tag ?? go figure. and my friends ranch in mirando has thousands of them and none of them have tags either

We seen a similar cactus last week while hunting down there. But it stuck out of the ground a little farther, was pretty big. Had deeper valleys and ridges on it, and had thick almost felt like barbed spines on them, that didn't stick straight up but at angles. Didn't take a picture of it and can't find it in any of the cactus ID sights.

My bad, just went and looked up horse crippler, as waterdog said above. And that is what we saw.

Payotie , what part of it do they eat ( smoke, what ever they do ) can't emagine eating any of it ?
