Good Lord, where is SJL from in Texas?

She is from Queens, New York and moved here with her husband and became involved in local politics in the early 90s. She is regularly voted worst boss in congress with the highest turnover rate of staffers.

I caught SJL telling a 9 year old boy, that was by himself, that it was ok for him to pick up and hold an AR15 while she filmed him holding the rifle(pre-video days) at a Houston Gun Show. Stopped her and called HPD over and they took her camera and exposed the film. She went balistic and had to be restrained, they took the handcuffs off when they found out she work for one of the Houston city councilmen.
