Naw Scott the cooler being there is just for transport and locking it down before he heads into the games. Cooler will sit on the ground while cooking.

Looks great! The only thing I would possibly add is some sort of trim on that expanded metal that the propane bottle is sitting on. Those edges look like they can take a shin out pretty easily if there is not a bottle in it.
