Any Knife Maker Interested

I have a cold Steel Scimitar Spike knife that I have had in my drawer for some time now. I love the blade but hate the handle (cord wrap) would one of you guys that does knives be willing to put some slabs on for me at a decent price? I am thinking some micarta slab or something like that. whatever you have lying around doesnt need much. not wanting to make thick but some grip would be nice lol. just exploring my options..thanks

I think the problem youll run into is the steel is hardened...so drilling pin holes is a pain

Got to buy a carbide bit for those pin holes--

I had to drill one out a little that had already been heat treated...I used a cement drill bit and it worked ok
