Thanks Guys! We made this house our own but hope it sells come time for us to build our new home. I don't know if we will re-coop the benefits with the housing market the way it is but we'll at least get more than what we paid for it.

As far as the xeriscaping and dogs....it will need to be touched up once time to sell. They've created a trail and packed the rocks down so another yard of rock will have to be laid down. It was inevitable with them running all over it but it is what it is.

My wife has been purging all of the closets while I touch up any areas necessary as well as any landscaping requirements so that we can put the house on the market soon. We bought 3 acres in a gated subdivision where we will build our dream home. (Click Here for the Thread)
