      All kidding aside thats what people tell me duck taste like. Guess you could say theres a fine line of cooking to eat it or feed it to the dog.

      Teal or woodduck soaked in Dr. Pepper, tenderized and fried fast and hot! HMMMM

                      I have tried to like gizzards several times. Taste is ok,but it's like chewing a balloon filled with gravel.

                            Ummm,

                            That should be done in a Black Iron Skillet. FRIED!!! Bacon first....then add onions...then (floured/seasoned) liver in the bacon grease.

                            My boys learned to eat it or go hungry.

                            Good stuff.
