    Finger foods for party

A couple of my roommates are dunking their rings this Friday, and we are trying to figure out affordable things to make for finger foods. Or things that we could make from meat that we already have in the freezer as we are all hunters and fisherman.

Please post any ideas or recipes you guys have!

Seafood Boulettes are one of my favorites.

4 C of shrimp and crab meat (can use fish as well)

    1 C chopped onion

    1 C chopped celery

    1 C chopped bell pepper

    4 drops Tabasco

    2 tsp lemon juice

    1 tsp mustard

    2 tsp Tony's

    1/4 tsp red pepper

    2 C Italian bread crumbs

    4 eggs, beaten

Place seafood in a large bowl. Add all ingredients; mix thoroughly. Roll into golf ball size. Coat balls with additional bread crumbs. Drop into hot oil and fry until brown. Makes approximately 50 Boulettes.

Goat balls. I use my homemade venison pan sausage:

Also a fan favorite, buffalo ranch chicken dip:

http://www.smoking-meat.com/ Jeff Phillips has some good ideas.

        Pick a few and go!

These tender pieces of pork tenderloin are wrapped in a half-slice of delicious bacon, topped with a small piece of jalapeño for the perfect bite and finished

Then Venison Wrapped Avocado is really good.

The Venison Sausage Balls are really easy and can be made ahead of time.

                      Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts
                      Bacon
                      Jalapeños
                      Kraft Original Barbecue Sauce
                      Dry Fajita Seasoning
                      Toothpicks

Cut chicken into bite sized pieces. Cut jalapeños in half, and clean out the seeds. Place chicken, jalapeños, and bacon in a Ziplock bag. Pour in the barbecue sauce, and a generous amount of fajita seasoning. Seal the bag, and shake it thoroughly. Let it sit for a couple of hours. Assemble like traditional jalapeño poppers, then cook on the grill. The barbecue sauce caramelizes on all of the ingredients, and is really tasty.

Anything with a Jalapeno slice in the middle wrapped with bacon and cooked on the grill.

Dove, quail or duck breast fillets
                        chunks of fish meat
Chunks of backstrap or venison round steak
                        chicken wing sections
                        shrimp
Pieces of hot dog or sausage
                        Etc.

A little shake of seasoning if you wish

One package of cream cheese, mix with picante sauce, spread on flour tortillas
And roll up. Refrigerate then slice into bite size pieces.
