I’ve had the book for years. The book is stamped United States Air Force Base Library Barksdale AFB Louisiana

This fellow’s name is written inside of the book.

Anyone know him?

Sounds backward to me---Major Sergeant or Sergeant-Major? But, since it is from an AF library, most likely Master Sergeant--
