Iowa Bound

Packed and ready to fly out tomorrow. Head to Denver then to Omaha and start hunting Saturday. I’ve hunted there with my friend twice bowhunting but this year we are doing the “shotgun” season. I’ll be using 444 Marlin. We have access to 3,000 acres for the 3 of us hunting. EHD has reeked havoc on this area over the last 8 years but there are still quality deer. My buddy hosting us has a 238, 199, multiple 170+ and 5 over 160. My biggest deer ever is a 154 that had both brows broken off so I’m hoping for a 160” deer. I will try to update as I can, I think service will be ok. Not bow but should be a fun chase.
