Cactus Wasp

I found a wasp building a nest on the side of the blade of a century plant. I have never seen a wasp build a nest on a vertical plane. This blade is straight up and down and the nest is fastened on the side.

I have never seen that either Don and to be honest, to see them nesting on a cactus is odd too.
