Not bad to have something on the ground so quickly. Ive had good luck there in the past but its been 10+years. Following

Tuned in, sounds like it's already been a successful hunt. Killed a hog and passed a legal buck.

      Best of luck.

Pig was rank. Even the east Texas guys who said they would take all pigs turned him down. Ended up having a 5pt feed in one of my lanes around 5:30, but I opted to pass.

One of the park rangers/maintenance guys shot a good 10pt. Based on the pics I'd say 140ish. One of the hunters brought in an old buck with literally no teeth. The biologist said that he had never seen one like that before. One axis spike was also brought in. Everything was shot between 1:30 and 3:30.

Settled in to see what the day brings. Sky has cleared off so hopefully it will dry things out a little. My hotel room was a giant clothes line last night.

Corn and alfalfa was still in the lane that I walked in on. I slipped into the back of the blind so I don't know if anything hit the corn and alfalfa I threw out around the feeder.

Shot a doe. It sounds like a war zone out here this morning. The guys on the river are burning through some ammo. I anticipate a busy skinning rack.

With the sun finally breaking through today the animals should be on the move.

congrats on the doe. Maybe a big ol axis will slip your way.

Had a doe walk through down wind after I had turned off my ozonics. She didn't stick around long enough for a shot.

This morning 4 whitetail doe, 1 whitetail buck and 1 axis spike were turned in.
