I think I've ID'd the dense thickets as whitebrush. All the vegetation on my new place is still brown but with the rains and warmer weather I'm sure it'll green up soon and I can know for sure what it is.
It's so think in places I'm sure a cottontail couldn't get through it.
Is it good for anything? Do deer eat it?
If not... I'm thinking a controlled burn might be the only way to get the area cleared out some.
