Default Gall Darn @&($!%^(&%#@! phone....

iPhone 6 is/has crashed big time. Started a while back with it "freezing" up. Turn off/back on and worked. Sunday/Monday I couldn't stay unfroze for more than a minute. Maybe...
Monday the Apple store was 2+hrs wait. Made appt. for Wednesday and they started an upload of pics. 2+hrs... Stopped it, went home and within an hour it went from not letting me login to a black screen. Can't login, no call in, no internet/FB, no text, notta, zilch, no way...

Hope they can save it tomorrow...

I still have the IPhone 4. Been 4 years now, and I ignore every Software upgrade. Was thinking I need to upgrade but maybe not.

I've taken three items to the Apple store for help with issues.
iPhone 5 work phone crashed after update: Buy a new one.
iPad won't connect to wifi: Buy a new one.
Wife's phone did something stupid I can't remember: Buy a new one.

Android is a software....not a brand of phone. With a bunch of companies making phones that use the Android OS, there's bound to be problems.

Ok. You're welcome. Iphone is a brand so I just wanted to make sure those without your expertise knew that maybe Motorola or LG or a specific brand may have had problems.

My wife and daughter are loyal to iphones but when they see me using my phone like a thumb drive without having to deal with the iTunes mess you can see the wheels turning in their heads.

I dumped IPhone about 4 years ago for this exact problem I was having. Got tired of it locking up all the time. Went with an android and couldn't be happier about the move.

Just clarifying in case an undecided phone shopper needed clarification. You have a solid, respected history of making sure everyone's posts meet a certain standard of accuracy so i assumed you wouldn't mind the backup. Come on man.

My iPhone five kept locking up and the battery would go from 20 percent to dead all the time. So I went to Walmart and bought a $80 Kyocera I've had it for 2 years not without a single problem. It just doesn't have as many features that I wouldn't use anyway. Once this one takes a dump I will go drop another $80 on the same one
