Maybe Im wrong because I have never hunted out there but I was taking into account the deer being smaller bodied that what Im used to seeing in south Texas.

I haven't hunted out there either but that looks like a heavy body deer to me. I weighed two bucks killed off our place this year in South Texas and on went 145 and there 195.
