Default Smoker finished up

Finally finished up the smoker. Wood plank is mesquite. Built an auto temp controller for when I have too many beverages to stoke the fire.

i got a tube that goes from the fan to the fire box. The temp probe is going to be installed in the lid to measure the cooking area temp. When it drops below the set temp it kicks the fan on to stoke the fire. When it reaches the temp on the controller it shuts the fan off and restricts the air flow to the fire.
