wiring led lights

I was helping a buddy of mine with some leds on his new ranger these lights are square bout 5 inches and had no wiring harness only a 2 wire pigtail,put 12 volts to the lights and nothing is there something missing? relay? had good power and ground at the battery any suggestions?

Switch the wires around

LED's only require a power source and ground. They must be wired correctly unlike incandescent lights. Meaning you must hook the correct wire for positive and negative unlike the incandescent lights which can be swapped.
