Could be the Caribbean/ Cuban Anole - they are an invasive species. Their population has been steadily increasing in my area.

Definitely a Texas Spiny.
They're very common between here and the Farm.
My buddy calls them "fence lizards" because they really like to hang out on his fence.

It's called a fence lizard. There are eastern fence lizards and coastal fence lizards. Not sure on which one that is.
