I can not believe that cognscente human being are having real cinversation about Trump actaully being a credible candidate for POTUS.

all this dialogue that Hilary is a sho in is just as discomforting...just wait until the gloves come off.

I think is way to far out and the American people are going to suprise the world.

If he's forced to run independent, could easily mean the Republicans let hillary in. Depends which way you look at it.

        It's been entertaining to watch.

In a few months the dems will attack & fabricate stories like they do on any Republican candidate.

        Like....

Been married 3 times = Sexist drunken philanderer. (may be something that the demis like though ) Avid hunter who kills endangered animals with his family in Africa for purely sport. They will find some current Hispanic hotel/casino employees who will claim he is really a rabid racist. Ex casino executives will claim he ran his casinos into the ground on purpose to file for bankruptcy to cover his rear with no regards for the hundreds of employees who lost "everything" afterwards. How could he possibly run our country's budget?

Then he will call Hillary a morbidly obese water buffalo after Hillary goes after his current wife claiming she has absolutely no business being a respectable first lady.

Then when the republican who gets the nod will come out saying he's 100% against abortion. First executive order he wants to pass will be eliminating all welfare. Then the demi leader will weasel into office again.

I read a pretty decent article recently about how the younger generation may not be a complete lock for a demi vote.

This generation has seen what a crummy economy's effect can do to them personally. They have seen their parents investment savings cut in half, have seen their parents lose their jobs and have to sell their houses and cars in order to survive. They can see how many years it will take to pay off their college loans while waiting tables & serving coffee praying for a job with no affordable health insurance. They can see the importance of saving $ rather then blowing it when taxes can go up at anytime.

Basically the point was this generation should have a better perspective on the importance of who is running the country rather than worrying it about it later on in life.

I guess we will see in 2016..

Not anyplace in that post does it say that. I said, we're hearing the same arguments about him as we heard about Ronaldo Magnus.

He has his own money to campaign with. He doesn't have to please people to get money. He's saying what every American has been yelling for years. I'm a Carson fan but right now I'm loving trump just for speaking his mind and saying exactly what he's been saying.

Hillary needs the black vote to win

                    The black vote isn't there

Hillary is the best the Democratic party has, that speaks volumes alone. More of her ineptitude working within this current administration, is slowly going to be exposed. It's not all coming out yet, it's way too early. She was involved with Iran, she was the leader in Obama care, we can't forget Benghazi. And trust, let's just say if any high ranking military member setup a private server and ran classified business on said server, that military member would be jailed and discharged - no questions asked. Hillary has a ton of dirt on her record, as well as questionable Foundation related business deals that have been less than straight up in ethical. This will all come to the surface soon....it's way too early.

Too many "high quality" candidates in this run, from the Republican side, with way too much time left, to get concerned with Trump.

On the recent polls, what's to say Dems haven't been pumping the numbers in Trump's favor, to get the GOP second guessing his performance, and furthering the infighting between candidates?

As much BS is involved with legitimate voting during the elections, I'm absolutely certain the various polls, have been skewed intentionally, to leave people believing in these numbers.

We have 2 weeks, the debates begin, and once we get to this stage, things will shake out.

Hillary's campaign is in serious trouble and her public presence is no where what Obama's is and was.

Let Trump and Carly Fiorina continue to expose Hillary publicly, and further let Trump expose the liberal press. This will help the GOP this go round...none of the PROFESSIONAL POLITICIANS are willing to speak out, and opt to stick to traditional GOP campaign techniques. It's refreshing to see a pair of very successful business people involved this go round, it's exposing a tremendous amount of what needs to be stated.

I agree, Rob. As long as Trump doesn't go 3rd party, Hillary will lose. But if Trump's ego takes him to a 3rd party candidacy, Hillary is in. There are enough bandwagoners that will follow him to a pointless 3rd party to put Hillary in the White House. It won't take that many, as there are a ton of voters who are going to vote Democrat no matter what. Hillary could be in prison and they'd still vote for her.

I think he is playing a game. He seems to enjoy the attention and all the feather ruffling but I really do not trust for one second what he is portraying. It is an act. I hope and pray he doesn't do a 3rd party run.

                            [QUOTE=Shane;10296692]

For all of Trump's ridiculousness and liberal leanings and flaws, at least he is showing people what it's like to stand up to the liberal media rather than bowing to political correctness. If he continues through the GOP primary and doesn't choose to run as a 3rd party spoiler, and if Walker or Cruz (hopefully) or some other candidate wins the GOP nomination, hopefully they will be emboldened by Trump's example and will be fearless in their campaign against Hillary or whoever in the general election. I think Walker and Cruz already have that fearlessness, but the others in the race would do well to acquire some if they can pull out a victory.

                            ./QUOTE]

This. Trump is a game changer, either way. If he is for real, and really serious, he will be a night mare for the media. If he's just doing this for his own ego, he's still a headache for everyone. He doesn't owe anyone anything so he can say what he wants to. Neither the Republicans, Democrats or the media are used to that.

He has stated publicly, he will continue to run as a Republican. In spite of his Ego and Competitive spirit, he seems like he's a man of his word.

He's a classic New Yorker. Many of us know New Yorkers that could lieteraly make Donald Trump blush.

The Dems are worried about him immensely. He's getting so much media time, with a brash cocky approach to all, his mouth will continue to expose all of them for what they are. Obama on down....all exposed BIG TIME!

It's been very refreshing to witness.

Sure hope he sticks to the party and remains to be a man of his word. My thought is, he will because, his credibility to do what he says, is very important to the Donald.

He has said all kinds of things in the past and then come back and said the exact opposite before. Yesterday he said that he'd likely run as a 3rd party candidate if the Republicans don't "treat him fairly" (by his estimation). Who knows how his ego will define being treated fairly?
