i picked up a military ordinance container and am going to use it as a truck box. i am going to do it with a roll on bedliner of some kind. what kind should i use? after i remove all the paint on there now do i need to primer it?...not wanting to spend a lot.... will the dupli color liner be alright? can i paint over it?

I did my truck bed with some bedliner from Lowes, can't remember the brand but I'm not very impressed with it and its been on for over a year now. -
I have had good luck with this brand, Used it on Samuraia rock crawler I had built, painted the whole thing . Did some other projects of the years with it too.
