I drive by the place every day it looked crowed at dinner time. If the wife hadn’t already cooked I was going to go tonight but know it will be Wednesday next chance for me.

Default Semi live report

OK the wife and I went here early this afternoon, so it's not really live. My first impression of the place was that it reminded me of a sports bar, with large TVs on the walls. We ordered, and the food arrived quickly. I ordered fried catfish & oysters. She got the fried shrimp. Our sides were red beans & rice and onion rings. All the food was outstanding! It was so good, we decided to order a cup of chowder each. She got the clam and I got the lobster. The problem with restaurants like this one is that I want to order what I know is good, but I also want to try something new. There wasn't anything I wouldn't want to order again. We'll defenitely be going back.

Man I appreciate you stopping by and I am happy the food was good. We got slammed about 6 pm, had lots of folks waiting in line, I am sure we may not have pleased everyone but i think it would be because of the service and not the food. How do you prepare for this, we did not really advertise to speak of, I think we served over 250 plates today, crazy. We will get better, we are expecting big crowds Friday and the weekend, don't hold it against us if everything is not perfect, give us a second chance, we are new to this business. Thanks for even trying us out.

You know amigo every company and and restaurants go threw growing pains and learning curve, especially when you get slammed that first week or so. Can't wait to come see you when Riley and I are up there during Christmas.

Day two today, already nervous, walk in freezer went out yesterday, i think they have it repaired, all the floor drains were plugged up and running over last night after close, plumber found some construction debris blocking a line, other than that everything is peachy.

What time are y'all opening today? Gotta take some family to the airport and might be able to swing by for a early lunch.

I may just do that, depends on how Friday goes, we have the espn 103.3 radio station broadcasting live at Shuck Me, DAC, Dennis and Callishaw, hope it goes over well, my man Raffy makes a mean pot of gumbo.
