Need a feeder & box blind

I'm getting on a new hunting lease this year. Lost my old lease in 2009 and left my old box blind there because I didn't have a good place to store it and it was getting rotten floor anyway. I have a tripod and tree stand and pop up but would like to get an elevated box blind and a new feeder. Any recommendations on something sturdy but economical, both blind and feeder? I expect this to be a long term lease, 10+ years I hope, and I'm in Victoria.

I might try building one but my carpenter skills and tools are inadequate, especially if I'm going to be off the ground. LOL

I'm thinking about the ON TIME SOLAR ELITE FEEDER timer. Anyone have experience with those?
