Is there any public land in TX or OK that you can shoot p-dogs on?

I dont think so. Your best bet would be to go for a drive and try to find a farmer or rancher. I know in colorado you can not shoot them on public land.

In south east Colorado you can hunt them on government grasslands after June 15.I was just there and found that out.

LOL! That'd sure make a good bowhunt. Not enough territory for a .22-250.
