Got the bulk of dad's elk back from the processor. I processed one hind quarter and cleaned up the backstraps and tenders. Add that to 50lbs of ground elk that I'm using to make summer sausage for a friend, and my archery WT. Plus a brisket and whole wild turkey, along with various other meat. Ground 45lbs of burger (from Dad's elk and my last 2 WTs) today too!
Freezer is way full! Luckily my mom and dad will get most of the elk next week.
