We were supposed to go to the valley to hunt but that's not happening.

Surprisingly there are tons of white wing roosting in the big oak trees at my place north of Edna. Usually they are town birds in the evening but man there are thousands of them at our place now.

See what we can do tomorrow.

Very few in Menard County. Don't make a drive down here for doves as you will be greatly disappointed.

Johnson county... 2 birds count them 1-2 went home at 930

That said the new pup found the down birds so that was cool

The neighbors shot plenty... shoulda gone and made friends

Anyone hunt in Haskell? Curious how the birds are today

My lease is in the NW corner of Throckmorton County and it is about 2 miles from the Haskell county line and it was very poor activity as in not worth going out as far as killing birds.
That is how it was this morning but hopefully the afternoon will pick up.

Dang slow in Fisher County. Never enough flying to get me off the tractor but Kat and the kids sat at our best tank this evening and wound up with 16 between the 4 of them

Gettin limits every weekend at my friends place litle south of 410 on the southside. Afternoons are better but when we couldn't find any teal last sat. We hammered out a couple limits after 8am.
