    Fingerprints and Photos for Trusts

I haven't seen much information on this, but wasn't the fingerprint requirement extending to trusts pushed through by executive order?

That means President Trump would have to elect to continue that process.

Anyone feel that the fingerprinting requirement will disappear?

    No, implemented by the ATF.

I believe it's a regulation promulgated by the ATF itself and signed by the Attorney General:

In the ATF's FAQ link above, I think it's interesting the claim that the Nat'l Firearms Act Trade and Collectors Association petitioned the ATF to amend this particular rule. Sounds almost like the Association brought a particular conflict with the old rule (or ATF guidance?) to the attention of the ATF and that it wasn't the ATF or the former administration's intent at the outset to amend the rule according to the Association's own website:

      http://www.nfatcaforums.org/showthre...heck-the-Trust!

After reading the Association's explanation it kind of makes sense, though, to avoid any rule conflicts.

I don't see it going anywhere any time soon.

And I second what Sean said.
