Poc/seadrift flats fishing in the am???

Since water temps are still kinda warm but dropping...do I fish the flats at sunrise or after it warms up a little??

I have to keep duck hunters in mind too.

Trout and Reds are good at Bill Day's Reef, Grass Island, and the Cedars on chartreuse Top Dogs, plastics and live shrimp.
