I was under the impression if you won something they mail you your prize. That was why they needed your address on the score card. At least if I recall correctly, heh.

He said that either you can get your award at the state shoot in Tyler or he wil mail it.

guess thats a good way to get peps to go too the state shoot ,,holding the awards till then...there were a few that didnt like that too much,,,
