Best advice I can give you is to find some experienced trad folks in your area to help you out. It is almost impossible for us to for sure tell you what you need over the computer. There are just too many variables. Also, if you are brand new to trad, I would not worry that much about tuning for a while. Just find an arrow that flies reasonably well, with no obvious bad wobbles, and shoot. It is likely that many things will change from today till you finally settle in on a particular shot sequence.
That being said, a 1916 or 2016 aluminum shaft, or a .500 or .400 carbon shaft should be in the ball park, and tuneable for that setup.
